box or shell, depending on the requirements and complexity of
the produced parts.

Molding Technique:
Full automatic molding lines with
flask sizes 20" x 24" with production rate of 120 mold / hour
Sand Plants:
Our
EIRICH sand preparation plants and
control systems are PLC controlled, and
they prepare molding sand fully
automated in order to get high surface
quality. Sand specifications are
controlled in our fully equipped sand
laboratory by experienced staff.
